Really odd people rate this so bad. These are my daily shoe. Got one for the gym and one for my normal things.

Never shop with them
I ordered running shoes online. I received a delivery notification but the item was not there. I stayed the whole day at home, nobody knocked on my door, and nobody left the item even though the notification said it was delivered. Checked adjacent buildings to see if it was delivered to the wrong address, checked the lobby, checked the mailing room downstairs, checked 2 floors above me and below - the package is not there.
To add insult to injury - they have no phone to call and no replies to my emails. Not even the chat is available.
Horrible experience, no news on the refund, lost my hard-earned money. Will never use their products or do business with Asics.

Kayano 28 sucks
Got Kayano 28 once it was released, after just 3 months it started to wear out and holes formed everywhere and padding is out.
Really poor quality and does not worth the price at all.

Excellent shopping experience!
It is easy to place an order, and delivery is extremely fast, my package actually arrived before the estimated arrival. The products are of really good quality, as well as very comfortable and stylish. I'd buy from Asics again, no doubt.

Added trainers to basket on sale
Added trainers to basket on sale. UK website crashed. Redirected to US website. Basket invalid. Tried to contact customer services to secure UK basket contents. Email from US customer service to say use UK website. UK website still down. UK customer services non existent. Managed to access UK website and added items back to basket and ordered. Phew. A few hours later, email received to say ORDER REFUNDED with no explanation whatsoever!!! DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THEM THEY HAVE ZERO INTEREST IN THE CUSTOMER.

I ordered 4 pairs of Asics because they were on sale. Since I've always worn Asics I didn't expect a problem with the fit and I didn't try them on when I got them because I had worn out the Asics I was currently wearing. When I finally got around to wearing them several months later, they were really tight in the toes. I looked on line and it said that Asic had redesigned its shoes and the toebox was smaller, exactly the problem. While I knew that I had past the return date, I asked if I could exchange them for a shoe with a wider toe box or get a credit--not a refund. They said they had gotten this complaint before and the management said no. So now I have 4 pairs of brand new Asics I can't wear. I realize it is my fault for not trying them on, but I didn't know there was a redesign. If they had helped me out, I would have continued buying Asics, but not anymore.

Asics Canada denies warranty less than 30 days from purchase
Asics Canada has no warranty customer service, the customer service received was horrible. Just because I couldn't show a picture of the manufacturing defect ( issue inside of the shoe, impossible to show in a picture) , I was denied an exchange less than 30 days after I purchased the shoes. I just can't understand how a company like ASICS can work without a decent customer service.

Promised a delivery date. Did not arrive. Still not arrived. No communication as to why and no response to message, even though I told them this was a present. Really poor service. Will not order from them again.

VERY UNSATISFIED
I've been wearing Asics walking shoes over 10 years. November 2021, I bought Asics Women's GT-2000 9 Knit Running Shoes and only wore them for mall walking, 30-40 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week. I was disappointed to see a big hole on my left shoe in the front after 6 months. Obviously they are poor quality. I did not contact customer service, because my husband had a similar issue. After contacting Asics customer service with explanation and pictures they did not do anything. He even tried Sport check where we purchased them always, he had no response at all. I will never buy ASICS shoes again. Also, we'll never shop at Sportcheck again.

I bought these in 9.5 and I usually wear a mens 9. Now I’m stuck with 5 pair of shoes that are so tight I can’t wear them! I bought them in November and they won’t let me exchange for a size bigger! This is so upsetting! I have been running for 51 years and have never had ASICS fit so tight! The answer the company gave me was to tie my laces different! REALLY? I bought 5 pair because I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get my shoes because of the pandemic! Now I have metarsalalgia because my toes are getting squeezed! HORRIBLE

Well, what can I say? I should have read the reviews
Well, I wish I'd read these reviews before taking getting my new shoes. I thought Asics were a good company, based on my experience with their shoes over 20 years. However, I've had similar problems to the many outlined below.
My girlfriend bought me a pair of Asics Gel Kayanos (because I've been running in those shoes for over 20 years) and they fell apart after about 5 months. After 9 months it got so bad that I had to enquire about returning them.
They told me (no word of a lie) that they only consider warranty issues up to 6 months. I stated that under consumer protection law, a product is required to last for a 'suitable amount of time'. Surely 6 months isn't a suitable amount of time for a pair of shoes that cost over £140?! Apparently it is. Now in the process of having the credit card company resolve the issue.
Never again.

UK buyers beware
UK buyers beware. If you order on line the products come from the European centre in Germany. As UK is not part of EU now, you have to have a plastic document pouch to attach to the outside of the parcel if returning so customs can check it! UPS drop off shops don't have them and neither do I. So kind of difficult to return. If Asics can't be bothered to provide a means of returning, then I can't be bothered to buy their products.
